BE Office Overnight

Greetings from the BE office in downtown Lake City, CO! We welcome CDT & CT hikers to stay overnight during the thru-hiking season. To reserve your stay, place your donation below!

We hope you’re enjoying the trail!

To reserve a cozy night in the BE office located in downtown Lake City above the bank, please place requested donation of $25 donation per person/per night below! Wondering if your dates are available? Just check our calendar! Upon donation, we will reach out with your confirmation.

Note:

  • Maximum of two hikers per night. Must be in the same party.

  • Maximum of two nights per hiker to allow for a full zero.

  • Advanced reservations are not required, just recommended. Donations can be made during your stay via Venmo at Megan Belay Taylor.

  • Check-in is 4:00pm or later.

  • Check-out is 10:00am or earlier.

  • Abuse of these rules will remove this opportunity from future hikers.

  • BE has a bathroom but not a shower. Showers are located next door at the gym for $5 per day.

  • BE does not have laundry.

  • BE has wifi and is located next door to the community computer center if you need to work. Lake City also has cell phone service.

  • Upon confirmation, BE will send check-in and check-out procedures.

  • Need a ride to-and-from the trailhead? BE offers shuttles for an additional $50 per party.
