Welcome to Utah, where life is lived elevated! Flying? BE will pick you up at the Salt Lake City airport or nearby hotel at noon! Driving? Meet BE at Capitol Reef Resort in Torrey, UT at 4:00pm! Tonight, we’ll get to know each other and talk about our upcoming retreat! Included meals = Dinner. Accommodations = Resort. Miles = 0.
Friday, Day 2: Capitol Reef National Park
Good morning! Sleep in, rest up, and sip coffee on your private porch! coffee. After a late group breakfast, we’ll embark on our first canyon adventure! Let’s get high! This evening we’ll gather around the campfire for inspiring conversation and celebratory spirits! Included meals = Breakfast & Lunch. Accommodations = Resort. Miles = ~5.
Saturday, Day 3: Capitol Reef Resort
Good morning, we hope your feeling rested. You deserve it! Today, we’ll head into the park to explore arches, thrones, and deep canyon walls then treat ourselves to fresh homemade pie from the park’s historic orchards. There’s no place in America like Capitol Reef! This evening, we’ll converse about business while wining & dining in the town of Torrey. Included meals = Breakfast & Lunch. Accommodations = Resort. Miles = ~5.
Sunday, Day 4: Capitol Reef Resort
Good morning, let’s get wet today! After breakfast and coffee, we’ll take off for the slot canyons! Chilly? No problem, we’ll soak in our hot tub when we get back! Meaningful conversation in a spa? Yes please! Included meals = Breakfast & Lunch. Accommodations = Resort. Miles = ~5.
Monday, Day 5: Departure
All good things must come to an end, or at least that’s what we hear. After coffee on our porches and and our last shared breakfast, we’ll say goodbye to our resort and Torrey, UT and head back to Salt Lake City. Checkout is at 11:00am so please book a flight no earlier than 4:30pm. Until next time, our like-minded friends! Included meals = Breakfast & Lunch. Accommodations = N/A. Miles = 0.
The above itinerary is subject to change per guide’s discretion. Although beginning & end points do not change, daily mileages may be manipulated to better meet groups needs.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
Journeyers who cancel their retreat 90+ days before the start date will be refunded the total amount minus processing fees and the $500 non-refundable deposit.
Journeyers who cancel their retreat 30 to 90 days before the start state will be refunded half the total amount minus processing fees.
Journeyers who cancel their retreat less than 30 days before the start date will not be refunded.
Participants who choose to leave an active retreat for any reason are not entitled to a refund.
If this journey is cancelled by BELAY EXPEDITIONS, you will receive a 100% refund.
Due to the nature and heavy costs of operating permits, BE must adhere to the above itinerary and refund policy.
